13.- Uso de WhatsApp Business como canal de atención

En MS Academy Learning Solutions SL, utilizamos WhatsApp Business como uno de nuestros canales de atención al cliente y gestión de consultas.

Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., como proveedor del servicio de WhatsApp Business, actúa como encargado o co-responsable del tratamiento de los datos, en función del uso concreto.

 

Finalidades del tratamiento:

  • Atender consultas y solicitudes realizadas por los usuarios.

  • Facilitar información sobre nuestros servicios.

  • Gestionar relaciones académicas y administrativas con los interesados.

 

Categorías de datos tratados:

  • Número de teléfono.

  • Nombre (si el usuario lo proporciona).

  • Contenido de los mensajes intercambiados.

  • Metadatos asociados al uso del servicio (fecha, hora, tipo de dispositivo, etc.).
